Since we opened in 1990, Da Bianca has featured nightly specials handwritten on a chalkboard. These specials are selected based on the freshest meats and fish available.  Head Chef Enrique Vega and his brother, Chef Guillermo, have been with our family for over 30 years. Chef Enrique has a passion for crafting homemade pasta, braising and grilling.
