Da Bianca Trattoria was created in 1980 by Italian born, Bianca Bavand.

 The establishment has been in the family ever since.  Bianca insists on top quality, freshness, consistency and perfection so that dining in her restaurant is an excellent experience for everyone. She would have it no other way.
