We look forward to celebrating this day of amore with you and your loved ones! Enjoy a delicious four course dinner featuring a dazzling array of Da Bianca’s most popular dishes. Each couple will also be presented with a rose! This will be the only menu available on February 14th. Please, no outside wine.

Ravioli Aragosta
Homemade lobster ravioli sauteed with creamy lemon sauce
Burrata
Fresh mozzarella with roasted tomatoes, pesto and arugula. Served with crostini.
Zuppa di Funghi
Wild mushroom soup with truffle cream
Carpaccio di Salmone
Smoked salmon with cannellini beans mixed with bell peppers and onions over arugula and topped with lemon vinaigrette
Polpettini
Housemade meatballs with truffle ricotta cheese baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella

Crisp romaine lettuce with housemade Caesar dressing and croutons anchovies on request

Cotolette di Maiale
Italian pork chop, breaded and grilled, topped with fresh tomatoes, red onions and basil. Served with fresh vegetables and penne marinara
Scampi Adriatico
Jumbo shrimp sauteed with white wine, lemon, caper sauce with a touch of cream. Served over linguini with a side of fresh vegetables.
Filetto di Bue
Grilled filet mignon with gorgonzola, shiitake mushroom, chipotle sauce with fettuccine and garlic sauteed spinach
Pollo Valdostana
Medallions of chicken breast sauteed in white wine sauce and topped withh prosciutto and fontina cheese. Served with fresh vegetables and penne marinara.
Salmone Livornese
Fresh salmon filet sauteed with white wine sauce, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and red onions. Served with linguini and spinach.
Rotolo
Homemade spinach pasta rolled with Italian sausage, ricotta, and sun-dried tomatoes. Baked with bechamel and marinara sauces.
